Our services are available in summer and in winter.
Transfer
We love to organize you are being picked up by electro taxicab from the Zermatt station upon arrival. Please let us know in advance by email your exact time of arrival. Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Upon arrival you may leave your car in one of the car parks in Täsch.
Free WiFi
Chalet Alpoase and all apartments of Alpharmonie offer free WiFi with highest download and upload rates. Login information will be passed on to you upon arrival at the information desk.
Basic Equipment
In order to have a relaxed arrival there is basic equipment for your stay available in all apartments for the first days. This equipment comprises hygiene products for the bathroom, towels and bed sheets, coffee and tea and an assortment of spices for the perfect seasoning when cooking your meals as well as the fee-based rubbish bags from the municipality of Zermatt.
Pets
Pets are most welcome in our houses! You may of course bring along your four-legged friend. Prices are to be understood as flat rate for the entire stay with bowl (without animal food) per animal.
Ski Locker & Ski Boot Heater
The basement of our apartment chalet Alpharmonie provides a spacious area for your skiing equipment. For ultimate skiing fun a ski boot heating is integrated.
Care Products
A relaxing bath or a long shower after a day in the mountains spent skiing or hiking is followed by care products spoiling your body. Every apartment and chalet provides them for you.
Shopping Cart
Would you like to have a full fridge for the first hours in your „new home" after a carefree journey? We would love to offer you a market basket filled with mixed regional fresh organically grown products upon arrival. There are several options available upon booking.
Massage
After a wonderful day in the mountains you relax in your chalet and apartment enjoying a comfortable wellness massage.

Let our private chef be at your service good and properly! Enjoy a special culinary evening with "Dinner for two" in your own chalet or apartment with Matterhorn view!
